Why Well Found exists

Most marketing problems are approached from the outside in.

A conversion drops, so the headline changes. Engagement slows, so more content is created. Sales plateau, so more money is put into advertising.

But tactics can only solve the right problem if you understand what the problem actually is.

Sometimes growth isn't limited by a lack of traffic, content or activity.

Sometimes customers are getting stuck somewhere in the journey.

They're hesitating. Losing momentum. Becoming uncertain. Failing to see the value clearly enough. Encountering friction that nobody has identified.

Well Found exists to help businesses understand what is really happening beneath the surface.

Before jumping to tactics, I start with the questions that often get missed:

How are customers moving through this journey?

Where is their momentum breaking down?

What is influencing their decisions?

And where should the business focus next?

Every audit and strategy begins with understanding the relationship between customer behaviour and business growth, identifying the friction, gaps and opportunities that may be preventing customers from moving forward.

Backed by evidence, not guesswork.

Hi, I'm Ruby, the strategist behind Well Found.

My background sits at the intersection of psychology and marketing.

I have a degree in Clinical Psychology and trained as an NLP practitioner before spending more than seven years working across digital marketing.

My career has given me hands-on experience across SEO, content strategy, organic acquisition, paid advertising, affiliate partnerships, PR, social media, email, UGC and conversion optimisation — working across different businesses, audiences and increasingly complex digital customer journeys.

But over time, I realised the part of marketing I was most interested in wasn't simply executing another tactic.

It was stepping back and asking:

What's actually happening here?

Why are customers behaving this way?

Where is growth getting stuck?

And what should we do next?

That's where Well Found comes in.

I combine an understanding of consumer behaviour with hands-on experience across digital marketing to help businesses make sense of their growth challenges.

My approach brings together behavioural science, customer journey analysis and marketing strategy to identify the factors influencing how customers discover, evaluate and move through a business.

Because data can tell you what customers are doing.

But understanding behaviour can help explain why.

And when you can understand both, you can make better decisions about what to change, test and prioritise.

The goal isn't to do more marketing for the sake of it.

It's to understand where the biggest opportunity lies, and build a smarter strategy around it.
